What we do

We take patients who live in Headley, Headley Down, Arford, Standford and Lindford  to any medical appointments. These include GP surgeries, hospitals, dentists, Chiropodists, opticians and for your flu and Covid jabs.

We will pick you up from home, take you to your appointment, wait for you and deliver you back to your door.

There is no charge for this service; all we ask is that you make a voluntary donation.

Last year we took 841 patients to their appointments covering 23,476 miles.

In October, 2024, we broke the record for the number of miles in one month! We exceeded 3000 miles and over a hundred drives. We owe a massive vote of thanks to our drivers and especially to our coordinators. There wasn't one drive that we were unable to fill.

We also run a friendly Thursday Coffee Morning at 10:30 in Headley Church Centre for anyone who enjoys a coffee and a chat, a book swap, a raffle or occasional chair exercise to music, bingo and live music - and all of this for 50p! And at Christmas it's free.

Coffee morning attendance last year was over 1200 people.

We are so very fortunate in having such dedicated and conscientious supporters.
